Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are made of the same carbon crystal as mined diamonds, with the same hardness, fire and sparkle. Gemmologists grade them on the same cut, colour, clarity and carat scale.
Will my diamond come with a certificate?
Centre diamonds come with an independent grading report from a recognised laboratory. Accent diamonds are checked by our team, and their quality is stated on the product page and your invoice.
Do lab-grown diamonds fade or turn cloudy?
No. A lab-grown diamond is a diamond, so it will not fade or change colour. Like any diamond it collects everyday oils and dust, which a gentle clean removes.
How do lab-grown diamonds compare in price?
For the same size and quality, a lab-grown diamond typically costs much less than a mined one, so you can choose a larger or finer stone for your budget.
Gold and craftsmanship
What gold do you use?
Solid gold only, never plated or hollow, in yellow, white and rose. Every design is available in 9K, 10K, 14K and 18K.
Which karat should I choose?
9K and 10K are the most durable and budget-friendly, 14K is the most popular balance of colour and strength, and 18K has the richest colour and the highest gold content.
Can you make a custom design?
Yes. Send us a sketch, a photo or an idea through our contact page. We will suggest the stone, metal and setting, and share a quote and a design preview before anything is made.
Orders, payment and delivery
How long does it take to make my piece?
Every piece is made to order and takes 7 to 15 working days, plus shipping time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide, with free insured and tracked delivery. For the USA, import duties are collected at checkout so there is nothing to pay on delivery. For other countries outside India, duties and taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
You can shop in Indian rupees or US dollars. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. After production has started, please see our refund and cancellation policy.
Sizing, returns and care
How do I find my ring size?
Use our ring size guide, which explains how to measure at home and converts between Indian, US, UK and European sizes. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, within 15 days of delivery, if the piece is unworn and returned with its certificate, invoice and packaging. Engraved, resized and bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
What if my piece has a manufacturing defect?
We exchange or repair it free of charge for life, as long as the defect is not caused by wear, accident or repairs elsewhere.
