This policy explains how we make and deliver orders placed on www.magikstones.com. Magik Stones is a brand of VFOR.
1. Made to order
Every Magik Stones piece is made after you order it. Production, setting, polishing and quality checks take 7 to 15 working days from order confirmation. Custom and bespoke designs may take longer; we confirm the timeline before you pay.
2. Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, in India and worldwide. Every parcel is fully insured until it is delivered and comes with a tracking link sent by email.
3. Delivery times after dispatch

Transit times are estimates from our courier partners and can be affected by customs clearance, public holidays or weather.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
- India: prices include GST. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
- USA: import duties and taxes are calculated and collected in advance at checkout, and we ship duty-paid. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
- All other countries: import duties and taxes, if any, are not included in our prices and are payable by the buyer to the courier or customs on delivery. Please check your country's rules before ordering.
If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid, the return shipping cost and any charges may be deducted from your refund.
5. Packaging and signature
Your jewellery arrives in a Magik Stones gift box with its certificate (where applicable), care card and invoice. Parcels are discreet, with no mention of jewellery on the outside. A signature is required on delivery and parcels are not left unattended.
6. Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If you need to change your address, contact us before dispatch.
7. Delays, loss or damage
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at venus@magikstones.com within 48 hours of delivery (with photos for damage). Because every shipment is insured, we will replace or refund the piece.
