Welcome to Magik Stones. These terms apply when you use www.magikstones.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by VFOR, which trades under the brand name Magik Stones, with its place of business at B1, Gurusmruti Karbhari House, Tilak Vidyalay Road, Near GBES School, Vile Parle East, Mumbai 400057, India. Email: venus@magikstones.com; phone: +91 98700 44447. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean VFOR (Magik Stones).
2. Using the website
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the website or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. Our products
- All diamonds we sell are laboratory-grown diamonds and are always described as such.
- Gold is solid gold of the karat stated (9K, 10K, 14K or 18K) and is stamped accordingly.
- Because every piece is handmade to order, final gold weight may vary by up to 5% and total diamond weight by up to 3% from the figures shown.
- We take care that photos and colours are accurate, but screens differ and some images are enlarged to show detail.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in Indian rupees or US dollars. Prices in rupees include GST. For the USA, import duties are collected at checkout; for other countries outside India, duties and taxes are payable by the buyer on delivery. Because gold prices change, we may update prices at any time, but the price confirmed in your order is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders and made-to-order production
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Pieces are made to order in 7 to 15 working days. Cancellations are governed by our refund and cancellation policy.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment is received.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery; until then every shipment is insured by us.
8. Returns, refunds and warranty
Our returns, refund and cancellation policy, including the lifetime exchange for manufacturing defects, forms part of these terms.
9. Custom and bespoke orders
For custom designs we share a quote, a design preview and a timeline. Production begins only after you approve the design and pay the agreed deposit. Deposits for bespoke work are non-refundable once production has started.
10. Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Magik Stones or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country.
14. Grievances and contact
Complaints can be sent to our grievance officer, Venus Shah, at venus@magikstones.com or +91 98700 44447. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
