Twelve pear lab grown diamonds ring a pear centre on each stud, edged with a halo of 1 mm rounds, 54 stones and 1.3 carats for the pair. Made to order in 9K, 10K, 14K or 18K solid gold (yellow, white or rose), with push backs. About 13.8 mm across, a cluster stud for weddings and anniversaries.
