A 1 ct pear shaped lab grown diamond (5.0 mm wide) hangs point-down from a slim bail as a solitaire drop, 13.1 mm tall. It is made to order in 9K, 10K, 14K or 18K solid gold in yellow, white or rose. Sold as the pendant only, without a chain, so it slides onto a chain you already wear as a daily pendant or a birthday gift.
