A 2.8 mm round lab grown diamond sits within an open teardrop outline of eighteen 1.0 mm round lab grown diamonds, 0.18 ct in total, on a fine 1 mm band. It is made to order in 9K, 10K, 14K or 18K solid gold (yellow, white or rose). The teardrop shape lengthens the finger and works as a promise ring or an everyday stacker.
