An open teardrop about 20 by 13.5 mm, pave set with small round lab grown diamonds for 1.04 ct in total. It is made to order in 9K, 10K, 14K or 18K solid gold (yellow, white or rose), and it layers well with a shorter chain for everyday wear. Sold as the pendant only, without a chain, so you can wear it on a chain you already own.
